Description
The solar thermostat - boiler kit is a compact unit that allows to better manage the hot water coming from the solar panel for the domestic hot water system.
In the event of a low temperature of the water from the solar panel, the unit activates the boiler for integration, so as to provide the user with hot water always at the desired temperature.
If the temperature is too high or if there is a lack of cold water at the inlet, the unit immediately shuts off the hot water flow to avoid dangerous burns.
The water coming from the solar panel is diverted to the boiler or to the sanitary network depending on whether its temperature is lower or higher than 45 °C.
By turning the knob on the thermostatic mixer, the outlet temperature of domestic hot water is adjusted to the desired value.
Once set, it is possible to lock the mixer by turning the grub screw on the knob, preventing accidental manipulations.
