Description
BOX FIRE BF6 is a preassembled module specially developed to produce instant Hot Sanitary Water connected to a HW Storage Tank. HW Storage tank can be heated up with different heat sources (i.e. Gas Boiler, Heat Pump, Fireplace, Solar Panel, electric Booster, etc.). By means of an instant heat exchanger with 20, 30, 40 or even 70 plates, BF6 module transfers the heat on the HW Storage Tank to the Domestic Hot Water system. Thereby effective protection against Legionella bacteria is obtained.
Temperature on Hot Water Accumulation Tank is constantly verified by the Control Unit FDG. Once it reaches 40 °C, primary circuit pump PTC is ready to work. When Flow Switch FX detects Domestic Hot Water request, PTC pump start running for instant production.
On the module without FDG Control Unit, PTC pump is controlled directly by the FX Flow Switch.
