Equipercentage mixing valve 3-way nickel-plated (lateral mixed way)

Description

The brass valve body is designed with a 3-hole full bore ball shutter housed between two PTFE seats: the one on the flow side is shaped like a disc with a reduced passage hole and Y-profiled for flow regulation with an equipercentage characteristic curve; the one on the return side is profiled for linear regulation.
The combination of the two flows on the flow and return side allows excellent modulation of the mixed water temperature at the outlet. 
The valve is actuated by an electric servomotor with 90° reversible rotation, coupled to the valve body with a rapid bayonet coupling. The servomotor is made of an electric motor combined with a robust gearbox with milled gears made of heat-treated steel. 
The servomotor is controlled by a modulating 3-point or 0-10V signal which sets the ball shutter in a function proportional to the pilot signal.The input signal can come from an electronic controller with 3-point control signal or alternatively 0-10V.
